 Have you ever had spaghetti with yogurt?
 I've tasted this dish in a Lebanese restaurant. This meal is a staple in lots of Lebanese homes and an easy delicious comfort recipe that uses a few basic ingredients and can be whipped up in less than 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 250 g spaghetti
  • 2 cup natural yogurt or Greek yogurt
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Dry cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  • Boil water in a large pot add a dash of salt, pour spaghetti into boiling water, stir spaghetti with tongs. Let it cook until it's done and always taste it before draining it to make sure the texture is right.
  • In a mixing boil, combine yogurt, minced gloves of garlic, olive oil and salt to taste.mix it thoroughly until combined and add to spaghetti. 
  • Sprinkle with dried cilantro. Enjoy!
