With a few
ingredients and one minute, you can make this decadent easy chocolate sauce
it tastes better than any chocolate syrup you can buy at the store. Smooth, sweet,
rich and incredibly chocolate-y, perfect for serving over ice cream, brownies
and whatever else your heart desires.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a cold saucepan, whisk together the cocoa, honey, water and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce to a simmer, stirring constantly. Simmer for about 30 seconds and then remove from heat.
- Let cool and then add vanilla extract. Store sauce in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator. The sauce should keep refrigerated for one month.
